One week successfully completed. Now I am doing daily focusing on different muscle each day. Today is shoulder. - seated dumbell overhead press - seated barbell overhead press / front press - lateral raises - front raises - rear delt fly with machine - shrugs
As usual let's start with the pains that are caused from yesterday's day. Since I am doing chest exercises, only chest pain is there. I saw how to increase or decrase weights in chest press and butterfly machines because yesterday, I did workout with some heavy weights. Today I learned shoulder related dumbbell exercises - front raises - standing dumbell shoulder press - side lateral raise. Also I used stationary cycle.
Finally, I joined a Gym. Today is my first day of Gym. I thought I can't walk after first day exercise but it is not that hard. Let's see what I have done and learned today. First of all, trainer told to do some warm-ups. rotating hands clock and anticlock wise 5 times each hand(arm circles?). Neck rotating. Toe touch. Bodyweight windmill. Today I have experienced 3 new machines. Those are Chest press, Chest Fly (Butterfly), Treadmill. I have to do 3 sets of 12 reps in each.
