Day 3 at Gym
As usual let's start with the pains that are caused from yesterday's day. Since I am doing chest exercises, only chest pain is there.
I saw how to increase or decrase weights in chest press and butterfly machines because yesterday, I did workout with some heavy weights.
Today I learned shoulder related dumbbell exercises
- front raises
- standing dumbell shoulder press
- side lateral raise.
Also I used stationary cycle.
