Day 2 at Gym

Let's start with the consequences of Day 1. Initially after Gym of Day 1, I didn't have that much pains or change but after some time, my chest region started to pain and moving lift doors makes chest pain more.

Now in Day 2, I tried to do the same as Day 1 but it's very very hard today. I don't know if weights are increased or something but I can't do it. I have done chest press even with the pain but I can't do exercise with Butteryfly.

Today, I am introduced to Lat Pulldown and dumbbell (3kg) exercises like Bicep curl, hammer curl.
