Day 1 at Gym
Finally, I joined a Gym. Today is my first day of Gym. I thought I can't walk after first day exercise but it is not that hard. Let's see what I have done and learned today.
First of all, trainer told to do some warm-ups. rotating hands clock and anticlock wise 5 times each hand(arm circles?). Neck rotating. Toe touch. Bodyweight windmill.
Today I have experienced 3 new machines. Those are Chest press, Chest Fly (Butterfly), Treadmill.
I have to do 3 sets of 12 reps in each.
